Processing Time
Physical gift card orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time
Gift cards are shipped via standard USPS mail. Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days after shipment, depending on the destination and postal service conditions.

Shipping Area
At this time, Genie Auto Center ships physical gift cards within the United States only.

Shipping Costs
Standard shipping is included with all physical gift card purchases. Expedited shipping options may be available upon request for an additional fee.

Order Tracking
Since gift cards are shipped via standard mail, tracking information may not be available. Please contact us if you have any concerns about your shipment.

Lost or Delayed Shipments
While most orders arrive on time, Genie Auto Center is not responsible for delays caused by USPS or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
