4. Gift Cards

  • Genie Auto Center gift cards are valid only at Genie Auto Center, 830 N 2nd St, El Cajon, CA 92021.

  • Gift card sales are final and cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced.

5. Warranties & Road Hazard Protection

  • All new tires come with manufacturer warranties.

  • Customers may also purchase or be enrolled in Genie Auto Center’s Nationwide Road Hazard Program.

  • Warranty and coverage details vary and are provided at the time of purchase.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Tires, parts, and services are non-refundable once installed or performed.

  • Products may only be returned if unused, in original packaging, and approved by management.

  • Refund eligibility is at the sole discretion of Genie Auto Center.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Genie Auto Center is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or website.

  • Vehicle owners are responsible for ensuring regular maintenance outside of services provided by Genie Auto Center.
